I had a wonderful experience with Caliber. They were really as far as friendliness and the job they did fixing my vehicle!!! The only thing I would change is I wish it got done a little sooner than it did. But I was very happy with the service!

Exterior was a 10 but interior needed some work. Found a piece of a rivet along driver side window, rear drivers side door inside trim panel was not clipped in fully, the cargo cover receptical in the rear was laying in cargo area. I suspect it did not get clipped in all the way and fell out. I was able to get it back on. So - the pointless dent repair was awesome but lost it on the trim install.

Communication could be a little better. They were very busy handling hail damage from a storm and got overwhelmed. I called the morning before we were to pick up and was told all was on track to be completed but when we arrived in the afternoon they let us know it needed another day. That was totally fine, but should have been a phone call to let us know before coming out.

They did not give a definite estimate time for when repair would be done. Said they would call when done. Claimed to have called but I received no call or message. All my paperwork had the correct number to call me.

Missed two really big dents that ruined my clear coat from hail damage for some reason was not fixed contacted progressive about situation
