Exterior was a 10 but interior needed some work. Found a piece of a rivet along driver side window, rear drivers side door inside trim panel was not clipped in fully, the cargo cover receptical in the rear was laying in cargo area. I suspect it did not get clipped in all the way and fell out. I was able to get it back on. So - the pointless dent repair was awesome but lost it on the trim install.

Communication could be a little better. They were very busy handling hail damage from a storm and got overwhelmed. I called the morning before we were to pick up and was told all was on track to be completed but when we arrived in the afternoon they let us know it needed another day. That was totally fine, but should have been a phone call to let us know before coming out.

They did not give a definite estimate time for when repair would be done. Said they would call when done. Claimed to have called but I received no call or message. All my paperwork had the correct number to call me.

I recommend them, they were friendly and always kept me up to date on my car. And was willing to get my parts by themselves even though they didn’t have to, and the part was back ordered by months so they went out of their to find parts!

Everything was nearly perfect. The only thing that wasn't repaired was a seal in the front left headlamp... there is moisture inside. However, they are going to fix this. After the repair is completed Caliber Collision will be rated a solid 10!!!
