Communication was lacking after I brought it in after the repair to deal with the backup camera not working. Was told Friday and i has to call Tuesday of the next week to find out they were “just about to call.”

The customer service I received at Caliber was top notch. Gina was so welcoming and made me feel as if my vehicle would be in great hands. Brian listened intently as I explained the accident and made sure my license plate cover was replaced after being damaged in the accident.

The team kept me updated every step of the way. There was never a lapse in communication everyday my car was in the shop I knew exactly what was going on. they ensured I was aware and satisfied with the timeline. They even tried to expedite the completion process to meet my pickup deadline.
