I really appreciated the way that Caliber Collision took care of the repairs on my car. I especially liked the way that they updated me on a regular basis about my repairs. When I discovered an air leak around the window of my convertible they quickly scheduled an appointment for me to come back in and fix the air leak.

The local office in Grimes Iowa was amazing, above a 10. The corporate experience was a zero. Ai phone attendant needs a lot of help. Text app would not let me finish setting appointment. Call center hung up on me. Sent email from website zero follow up

To be determined. One trim part is still missing from the car. Cody is working on it, but I haven't had an update in 2 days. The rest of the work seems ok, EXCEPT for the right blinker. It blinks twice the speed of the left one and definitely was not in that condition prior to the work at Caliber. Again, Cody is working on it, but no updates today.
