It was very easy to set up an appointment. And even make a change when I needed to the original start date. Greeted when I walked in the door and staff was super friendly. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the time my car was in repair. Staff was super friendly when I went to pick up the car and made sure I was happy with the work completed. Overall 10 out of 10 experience.

After pickup there was a small bit of damage from the install of the new side mirror. I brought it to Calibers attention and they immediately ordered a replacement and had a quick fix as soon as it came in. The crew was very welcoming and eased any worries or stress I had with the whole experience.
