Faith and the team at CC did an amazing job with my car ! Dropped it off on a Tuesday and got it back the following Tuesday. Would have been sooner if not for the holiday weekend. They were very nice and did a great job explaining everything and keeping me in the loop. I couldn’t think of a way this could have gone any better !

The repair through my insurance looks great. However, I had some tiny dents fixed on the passenger side of my vehicle and the PDR guy chipped the paint on my rear passenger door. I brought this up when I picked up my vehicle and they had me come back in for a touch-up. However, I am not satisfied with the touch-up and believe they should cover the cost of repainting the entire door as the touch-up is very visible on a brand-new vehicle.

I found out at 430pm on a Friday that my vehicle was ready to pick up. They failed to inform me that if I didn't get there by 530 pm when they closed, I would have to wait until Monday. I drove out there (45 minutes out of my way), got there Friday at 550 pm and no one was there.

My experience was great. Faith was so sweet and very informative. My car turned out good as new and i was kept in the loop at all times the status of the repairs. Best customer service i have experienced in a long time. The front desk lady was also very sweet and helpful.

Rachel and the team did a fantastic job communicating with me about the status of the repairs. They were able to finish a few days early which saved me from having to extend my rental. The car looks like it just rolled off the dealership lot! They detailed the inside and made it look like new. I’m very pleased!
