I rate you a 10 for the quality of your work, but a 4 for how long it took. What should have been 7-8 days for a minor job turned into 23 days after 7 delays. I realize some of the issues were the fault of your parts supplier but not all. I am very satisfied with the work performed, but I was without my car for 3 weeks.
