Caliber Collision did a great job on my Trax and in a timely matter! I was very anxious about dropping my car off to the fact of my work hours and I was worried about how I was going to get the rental car and pick my Trax up by the time Caliber Collision and the rental company closed! Stephanie at Caliber Collision made me feel at ease and said she will take care of everything and for me not to worry that she will stay over until I got there and she will take care of the rental car also. I work 6am until 430 pm so I was very anxious. Mark that worked on my car did a fantastic job. You can't even telll my Trax was wrecked and inside and outside of my Trax was spotless when I picked it up! Execellent job to Caliber Collision!

Mark did an excellent job on fixing my car. I couldn't even tell my Trax had even been wrecked. My car wasn't dirty when I dropped it off but when I picked it up my Trax was sparkling inside and out. Even my tires n rims were shining! Excellent job Mark!

Stephanie took care of booking my rental car and made me feel at ease that everything will be ok. I was worried about picking my car up when it was finished do ti tge fact I don't get off work till 430 and they close at 5 and I wouldn't of made it by the time they closed. She made me feel at ease and said she will stay over til I got there and she will take care of the rental car also! Stephanie was awesome!

It was fast and easy! They vacuumed my car out, I was scared to because of the cicadas, that was a huge favor! They also made sure my rental was taken care of and turned back in so I didn’t have to drive across town to drop it off! Very good job, Thank You Caliber Team!

You guys were amazing! I am a big communication guy and the text giving me daily updates was what I needed. The process was streamline and stress free. I checked the repair when I got home since my wife picked it up and you can't tell anything even happed. With customer service being ignored in so many areas, it was a huge breath of fresh air working with everyone at Caliber. Everyone was nice and helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Even going as far as coming in when they are closed and their day off on the weekend to work around my schedule. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car.
