Wonderful experience! I had a previous bad experience at a car star and was feeling nervous and stressed about getting my car fixed. The workers at the front desk were helpful and explained things to me that I didn't understand without making me feel bad for not knowing. I Aldo appreciated they communicated with enterprise for me and had me picked up for my rental, I didn't have to call them at all. They were up front with the pricing and listened to me about what I wanted done. The repairs were done exactly when they told me they would be, and I was surprised my car had been washed when I picked it up! The repairs looked perfect. Thank you so so much for fixing everything after my bad experience with car star, I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need anything done and will be reccomending you to everyone! Thank you to each worker who is there❤

I had a small repair done, I asked that only one portion of the damage be replaced. There was damage to the side panel by my wheel well and the guard around the wheel well. I was really surprised how good it looked, they replaced only the part that I asked for cost reasons but did take the time to make my side panel and wheel well look much better, they tucked in some of the popped out clips and it looks like reattached part of the wheel well which was hanging too. They made it look really nice without using extra parts, and I really appreciated it. Thank you to everyone!
