I've used this location before and they definitely don't disappoint! There service and care for my vehicle was amazing! They kept me informed every step of they way. They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my car without being asked!! I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision in Hamilton Ohio to everyone!! The staff is amazing!!

Had the vehicle longer than expected, never was given a phone call before the weekend to know if the car would be completed soon like I was told they would, and the work that was done was ok a few things we weren't happy with because they didn't pay attention to detail and tried to rush it.

There was some things not happy about, they did have the vehicle longer than expected and when I asked them to call me at the end of the week to let me know how things were going before they were going to be closed all weekend they did not contact me.
