The customer service was very well and updates were daily. My only feedback is that the updates were undescriptive such as "Progress is going well". More descriptive updates would be well accepted.

The car looks good. I appreciate that people went through the process along the way (before the work, letting me know the progress, and explaining everything on the invoice and going around the car with me after the repairs). Since I am not very knowledgeable about cars, having everything thoroughly explained made me feel better.
