I knew Caliber Collision was highly recommended, but this was the 1st time that I had any work done there. The quality was exceptional and they were very professional and updated me throughout the experience. The work was great and the paint was flawless. My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Excellent job and will definitely return if ever need other work in the future. Awesome job and friendly people!

The repair work was excellent - car looks brand new. Would never know that there had been any damage. The paint job is flawless. The quality of the work is much better than I’ve seen at other repair shops in the past. Definitely good to know there’s a reliable, quality place to go if needed in the future. Surprised by the very reasonable prices. Would definitely return to Caliber Collision in Hamilton, Ohio - excellent work and friendly staff.

Excellent, professional customer service from the Manager on down. Everyone was extremely nice and did everything they could to get the job done well and efficiently and return my car to me ASAP. Good to know there are still courteous, professional companies out there!
