My experience with the folks at Caliber Collision in Hamilton was extremely positive. The staff people were very friendly and engaging but were also very efficient which I appreciated a lot. The frequent communication with detailed updates about the progress of the repair work on my car was unexpected and very reassuring. The repair work itself was absolutely perfect. I literally cannot tell the car was ever involved in an accident. Your company does it right - from the boardroom all the way down to the customer service folks who take care of your customers. This is the way all auto repair should be.

Poor service. Brittney Turner has zero integrity. Very I professional. Constantly lying and trying to manipulate and put blame on any other factor during the repair process. Put damaged parts back on my car and prolonged the process. Quoted for reconditioned parts and did repairs. Overall shady place and would never recommend anyone take their vehicle here after my experience. Even when I went to drop my car off after they told me To bring It in at 9 o'clock I show up and sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for employees to show up.

The only good thing that they had were text alerts letting me know how the repair was going but even that didn’t matter because they were telling me one thing and doing another. Was told I was gonna receive a call back about options on a repair on my car and never did. Instead they repaired it Based on what they thought I wanted.

My Sierra was satisfactorily repaired and returned to me cleaned within the promised timeframe. Throughout the process the staff communicated with me the status and sought out advice on one particular‘ glitch’ that they had, which was much appreciated, Well done!
