I was given an estimate up to $2000.00 less than what was charged. Although I am aware that it could be higher, I was flabbergasted that it was double. Needless to say I was not satisfied.

I thought the left front fender was going to be replaced. Instead, it was repaired, which still left some previous damage that I was hoping to have repaired (I was willing to pay for it if necessary). I asked for estimates to have a couple of previous damage places repaired at the same time as the work was being done for the insurance, but I received no estimate and nothing was done, even though I told the estimator that I was willing to pay extra to have it done. The work that was done looks ok.

The professional communication and management of my repair was exemplary. At the same time through the holidays as my car was being repaired, a friend was having his car repaired with a different company. They hardly communicated at all to him and still they don’t have his car done. You have an amazingly trained team who puts the customer first. I would highly recommend your group. Thank you so much
