They did a wonderful job on the repair of a dent in my bumper without replacing the whole thing. It looks new like there was never any damage. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They kept me up-dated on every phase of the repairs. Very professional. Would rate them a five star.

Took my car to caliber collision after three weeks of them having my car I pick up my car up due to completion but when picking up my car there were bags of parts inside of my hood that was never put back together causing my car to overheat which was never the issue. Car gets towed back due to incomplete work was told it was a mistake causing them to keep my car another week then when receiving my car back I was informed that there was a issue with a part that I can return to get it fixed once it comes in after a month the part is still not in and car is now having check engine light issues also was informed not to complete the survey until that part came in due to them wanting good reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone wanting there car fixed completely unsatisfactory and now have to take car elsewhere due to issues caused or never fixed

When calling to inform about the issue I was placed on hold for nearly an hour each time to be informed that there was another issue with the part tried to contact the insurance agent they have with my company but was unable to contact

I am very satisfied with the body work, however my truck tailgate does not work properly and the tailgate interior was incomplete.
