I would have like for them to tell me much earlier why it would not be done on the date initially told. I was planning a get away with my family that weekend and since I thought my truck would be ready on that Friday, and my grandchildren were out of school the following week, I would be able to leave that evening, I couldn’t cause I heard from Caliber too late, to let me know that I wouldn’t get my vehicle for another 5 days, which really just did not allow us to go away at all. Which really upset my whole family
