From the moment I walked through door and met the receptionist, to every phone call or text in between, the customer service was exemplary! Even on my pick up day I was treated with professionalism. Every one was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile. I never once had to ask for an update on my car. The kept me posted on everything going on. Communication was phenomenal. If I called, they were understanding that I was just being a inquisitive car owner. Lol They were so kind about that.
