The staff is very friendly and the establishment is professional. My car was done ahead of schedule and the whole process was a breeze, plus they have great popcorn!

Received no updates during the repair, I had to call to request updates. Ready a day late from original timeline. And the repair was not complete, as the rear bumper protector has yet to be installed (Clear Paint Protection Film), and the trailer hitch cover that was destroyed in the crash wasn't replaced.

The reason why is that when it was the day to pick up my car, they called me on Friday morning and left a voicemail. I didnât see it till afternoon that day. I live in Virginia Beach. It takes more tgan 1.5 hour on a Griday afternoon to get there. They should better plan calling people a day prior to pick up time.
