This Caliber Collision is terrible. They were to take care of 3 things. 1. Fix the bumper 2. fix the right rear light 3. Touch up paint scratches. They completed #1 when they were handing off the car back to me. I asked them how come you didn't do that paint touch up you planned. They forgot. So my car was taken to the back and a little jar of paint touch up was quickly coated to the spot mentioned at the start of repair. As I am looking at the paint wi the displeasure, I pointed to the rear light that was not fixed as indicated. He offered to take to the back again and polish it up. This is the worse repair, 1/3 items completed. I had to head to work and did not want to deal with more excuses. It seems they power washed my car and caused a paint chip into the size of a quarter. This place should be banned from poor quaility.
