1. This has great potential —-Schedule Ford mobile repair work. My car sat a number of days waiting for parts, I did not think of it at the time but allow ford or other mobile services during this wait time. 2. It may be bad luck, - a better estimate of when repair parts would be available should be possible and thus better schedule of when to bring the car in could be made. In this case the obvious replacement part was delayed or lost in shipment.

The work was done very professional and timely. Staff was friendly and courteous and answered all my questions when I had to call in for results of my repairs. Edgar was the person in charge of my car he even went the extra miles and actually dropped the car off to me. The staff was great, they even sent a car to pick me up for enterprise and I did not have to return the car back to enterprise, they let me leave the car at Caliber and Enterprise would pick up later. Great experience
