The staff was great, they even sent a car to pick me up for enterprise and I did not have to return the car back to enterprise, they let me leave the car at Caliber and Enterprise would pick up later. Great experience

I asked caliber collision to limit repairs on my car to the fuel system we agreed but they went ahead and added other aspects that I explicitly told them not to repair. That is very poor customer service. Dont I have a right to say what I want fixed in my car?
