The interaction was very professional. They started working on the car right away and they finished it within 2 business days. I went to pick up my car but noticed one of the parts they replaced did not align well with the bumper. They said it was due to the part being an aftermarket and said they will reach out to the insurance to inform them. They were able to order an original part from the dealer and once installed it fit wayyy better than the aftermarket part. They made sure i was completely satisfied with the work and the experience. They even offered to drop off my car to me and return the rental but I chose to go back to the shop myself. Great customer service.
