I am happy to receive my vehicle timely with messages & emails. I noticed the from Fender could have been properly aligned. 1 Head Light was cleaned and looks like new, while the other Head Light was not cleaned properly to make both Lights look like new, one shows bright light, the other dim, faded, yellowish. While the vehicle was washed, the front & back windshields & side windows glasses should have been cleaned inside, outside and the top of of all windows when closing them. Also, if the vehicle was cleaned from inside, vacuumed, it would have been greatly appreciated. Overall, yes, I am satisfied and if all courtesy parameters were taken care of, I would surely have given 10, Excellent, Fully Satisfied.

I would not since they gave me my bumper without all of the parts and told me they would call me that following Friday to get me the missing part, but they still have not. Manager called me to let me know. They should be getting it that following week. I still do not have it. Honestly believe he only called to apologize for forgetting to call me on Friday because I told my insurance the job was incomplete.

I truly appreciate the quality of service, the amount of time it took for my car to be repaired, and the communication throughout the repair process. My car looks nearly brand new, and I’m so grateful for a job well done. Caliber Collision also had my car ready before it was expected to be done—I was concerned I wouldn't be able to pick it up on the original finish date, but the team had it ready early. I was able to speak to Moises as well throughout the process about the status of my vehicle and it was a relief to know they heard my concerns and acted accordingly. Thank you so much!!
