I received amazing customer services and repairs throughout my entire time with Caliber Collison. Immediately as I walked through the door I was greeted by Valerie who was nothing short of amazing. She assisted me and walked me through the step by step process and also made sure I got the a good price through Enterprise for a rental car as well as made sure I got there safely. As far as repairs Carlos was my point of contact and was the ultimate professional and would update multiple times on the repairs on my vehicles and called to make sure I was ok with everything they might have needed to do to the vehicle. As well as took his time to teach me more about my vehicles lock system! I am extremely grateful for their and the team’s efforts for making my car look as new as the day I bought it!

Luis did a great job keeping me informed. The work was completed quickly and the rest of the staff were attentive. Best of all is the work was top notch. I have been to other repair shops and I got to say that I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

It’s without question the best collision shop experience I’ve had. The relationship with the rental partners, the daily updates and specially Luis my service advisor felt he was 100% dedicated to my case with my interests top of his mind he really made a difference
