I really appreciated the communication throughout every step of the process. Even though it was only passenger side work, the entire car looked cleaner when I got it back. It looked like they'd even vacuumed it, so any tracked-in dirt from the repair was completely unnoticeable. They genuinely cared for my car while it was in their care. I also loved their partnership with Enterprise. They picked me up when I dropped my car off and took me to their store, and when the repair was done, I was able to just leave the rental there at Caliber and Enterprise came to pick it up. Instead if me waiting for a ride back. So convenient. There's another Caliber Collision closer to me, but I'd choose this location again in a heartbeat. Everything was easy peasy, and I'm so thankful to Bobby and his team for making the whole process stress-free! TY!

Seamless service from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment, the Caliber staff was fully prepared to receive my vehicle making drop-off fast, easy, and painless, I was notified throughout the repair process, they handled all communications with my insurance company, the repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and, most important, the repairs look GREAT.
