This is the 2nd time I’ve had to get my car fixed and both times I have been pleased with both the repairs and service I have received. When you are in accident the situation is already unpleasant and time consuming so when you have a representative like Robert who tries to make everything go smoothly and quickly it is really appreciated. Robert kept me updated on the status of my repairs and paid attention to my concerns and inquiries. He addressed not only the obvious problems caused by the accident but also the small details as well. The check in and checkout went smoothly. I hope I won’t be needing your services any time soon but when I do I will definitely return and recommend your services to anyone who needs them. Andrew D

Everything went along as stated from the get go. The staff kept me well informed with occasional texts and a phone call. I was not bombarded with unnecessary communications or marketing. Robert was very informative, kind and listened to my concerns. The job was completed on the estimated finish date, with a smile. The extra bonus of the Caliber shops connection with the auto rental really saved the day and prevented a lot added stress and additional rental fees. This was my first experience at Caliber Collision and I have finally found my forever collision specialist’s. Thank you all for getting me back on the road in a safe vehicle.

I have taken several automobiles to this location for repairs. The experience that I received from Mario was something that I never received from one of your service advisors. I had never had someone explain what the damages were, and his recommendations for the repairs and the amount of time it would take to repair the damage. I truly appreciate the advice and time he took to meet with me. He is an asset to your team and I will recommend to the my co-workers at USAA that if they should need a company to repair their collision damaged to take it to Caliber on NW Loop 410 and ask for Mario Espinoza.

Excellent service from start to finish! Mario kept us updated throughout the repair process, and the entire team was friendly and professional. The workmanship was outstanding…our car actually looked better than it did before the accident.. This was a complete contrast to the 13649 I-10 location, where the staff was rude from the start. We left there and came here instead, and we’re very glad we did.
