Difficult to establish parts acquisition on a brand new truck, but Caliber got the parts earlier than promised, and the repair was completed without a return visit being required. I was very satisfied with both the work performed and the customer service.

If I said Caliber Collision Express had outstanding customer service, it'd be an huge understatement. I've used Caliber Collision before at another location because USAA recommends them. It was OK. The work was good, but always took longer than they said and I would be the one calling for an update. Not this time. Their first available appointment was Friday, which was tentative because I was having surgery Thursday and wasn't sure how I'd be feeling. Jose Ortiz, my Customer Service Consultant, called Tuesday and said they had an opening that day. When I got there, I was greeted with such professional, polite people and given the royal treatment. I explained my schedule for the week and they told me worst case scenario they would be able to deliver my car to my house when it was done. Wow. They arranged for a very nice rental and I was on my way. Jose kept me informed every step of the way, so imagine my surprise when he called me the next afternoon saying it was done. Less than 24 hours!!! My car looked awesome!! I have already recommended Caliber Collision Express and Jose to a couple people and will continue to do so in the future. I can say without a doubt this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had and I'll be a Caliber Express customer for life.
