I wish I remembered the names of the 3 people who helped me. Adrianne did an amazing job fixing my car. I believe Francesca was the lady at the desk who did an amazing job helping me get a rental car because I was having trouble going through the other drivers insurance. She called and got all of the insurance information sorted out for me and drove me to Smyrna to get my rental car. And finally I got stuck in traffic on the way to pick up my care and called (maybe mark) who said that’s okay just call if I am running any later and he would wait for me. I am so happy with the experience I had. Thank you.

The work is excellent. I also appreciate the Bell Road location for cleaning the inside of my car. It is the second time this location has done that for a car that I brought in for repair. It is a nice touch. Caliber at another location did not provide this extra service.
