But what impressed me even more was how they handled a difficult situation that wasn’t even their fault. My insurance adjuster had dropped the ball, creating unnecessary frustration and complications. The team at Crash Champions stepped in, took ownership where they absolutely did not have to, and went above and beyond to make the situation right for me. That says everything about how they treat their customers. They didn’t just repair my car—they advocated for me, communicated with me throughout the process, and made sure I felt taken care of.
