Don’t know who did the work in my car but after the day I took it out from the shop glass fell off they didn’t put all the hardware back so it’s missing bolts in the door panel that makes me think that they don’t take care of details definitely I would not bring my car back here specially cause after paying a ridiculous amount of money I still have to pay someone to do it right. Don’t get me wrong customer service and people it’s great but their labor it’s not professional at all. C.A

A little confusion over a part at the end. Great communication throughout. Quality workmanship. Over all awesome experience to recover my vehicle from an unfortunate event.

Loose windshield trim pieces, residue on paint & glass, scuffed B post, some replacement parts have very noticeable blemishes, overspray on hood edge and between body panels, dimples on repaired areas, and I still have to return for an ordered part to be replaced. Judy has been great, but the work just seems subpar and it is disappointing.

The trim piece that runs along the edge of the windshield and up over the door is very loose and does not fit securely on the tabs! I made a special return trip to the body shop have a replacement piece installed and there clearly is still a fitment issue!
