My repairs seem to be fine. My frustration was the process. I felt that the original estimate was just for getting me in the door. I had used prices in the past and was comfortable with them. This time, once the insurance adjusters estimate was provided- that just became the price. Then the additional repairs were needed and the request was sent directly to the adjuster and I was not informed by the shop- until I asked for the information. I felt dismissed in the process. I do like the email updates, and they did complete quickly.

Overall good of staff- I did feel the process was a bit skewed and as a woman, I was not consulted on items that probably should have been notified. Example : overage went to insurance company worn original estimate was low- much more communication on actual cost of repairs should have been done directly to me

Car looks GREAT, however...Repair took much longer than expected and communication was not there. Was told on various occasions ‘should be today but worst case scenario tomorrow’.
