Wrong parts for my car. Taking multiple trips to the shop which is very inconvenient. Boot dirt all over my driver and front passenger side rugs and door runners. Just not happy with the service that I’m getting.

Definitely not this store after the quality of work done to my car.

I was not going to fill this out but it came up as final chance so I decided you needed to know. I have been told 4 different times that my car was done, I took time off of work to go pick up my car 4 different times and it still isnt done as of today. Mis aligned pieces, dents still showing and REALLY bad patch and paint work. This has been the WORST repair work on a car I have ever seen. I trusted Caliber Collision after using them in CA, this is clearly not the same quality of work in TN.
