I’m satisfied, But there is still a lot of gravel in the lower grille in the bumper. Not sure how the bumper was removed for paint and the gravel was left there.

There was drilled holes in the bumper for a front tag plate that does not come factory and the bumper was repaired and painted and the wholes where left there. Also lots of gravel left in behind the grille even though the bumper was removed for repair and put back on with gravel left.

Darren, who gave us the initial estimate, do a fantastic job and truly made the start to our experience a great one. Unfortunately, Adrienne was then assigned my case and that’s when I felt the trouble began. When I came to pick up my vehicle the communication from Adrienne was hard to come by. Not sure if she was just having an off day, but there was zero warmth or connection and she frankly seemed very detached from the customer side of things. I noticed a new scratch on my car that was not there before and I also noticed the handle on the newly renovated door was sticking a bit. She dismissed the handle saying it was the same as before and then didn’t even apologize on behalf of Caliber for the NEW scratch on a second door that had not been damaged before. It was just a weird interaction. She said it would be ready by the following Monday. I came back on Monday and it wasn’t ready. So I had to come back again on Thursday to pic the car up. Luckily, Darren was there and he and Francesca did a great job of helping me make final payment and pick up my car. Darren also did a complete walk through and explained what all was done to the car to fix it. Just great communicator and customer service from him! I will say that Caliber did make the scratch right and covered the rental for me as the time was extended.
