1) was not told how long repair would take. Had to call to find out after not hearing anything for 2 days. 2) time in shop (6.5 biz days) seemed excessive for the repair. 3) car towed to another facility and not returned at promised time, caliber did not call to let us know, we had to call. 5) car was returned with tailgate ajar and some light on. Battery died and had to be replaced by receiving facility in Franklin.

Would have likes for car to be complete when picked up. Attention to detail is very important but i feel as the staff omitted some small details.

When car was picked up still had a section that needed to be repaired. Shawn was very helpful repairing this last piece. Driver side mirror still has small paint transfers, not very visible but need the car so we just kept it as is.
