Shawn did a wonderful job in regards to answering any questions i had along the way in regards to the status of our vehicle and the lady in the front office was very kind and courtesy when ask any questions as well. I brought my 2018 KIA Stinger GT2 there because it had gotten damaged while at the dealership. I was greated by a staff of professionals that assured me of that they'd take care of my car. They stayed true to their WORD, my paint is Hi-Chroma Red which is new and only on the Stinger. My car was there longer than expected due to them being protectionist. It was a total of 3 trys before they were satisfied with the outcome. They even made sure my car was clean on delivery. I can't forget to mention that I was given daily updates, now that's customer service. If you're looking for a collision shop to take care of you, Caliber Collision should absolutely be your only choice. V/R Lawrence D. McKnight

I wish I could give more than a 10 because 10 really doesn't cover it. Scott and Jennifer and all of the people in that shop really went over the top for me. They fixed all of my hit-and-run problems and even a couple of other cosmetic issues that previously existed, ones that I had even forgotten were there. Scott updated me on progress often and kept me completely in the loop. He explained things in ways I could understand and really just made the whole process simple for me. When some kinks in the chain came up, they catered to my needs more than I ever could have imagined. The service was just absolutely unbelievable.
