Customer service is key and caliber in highland has that service. Amanda was a big help through this process. She explained in depth what actions would be taken and reasoning some parts were not covered under insurance. When you are in a situation where you need car repaired it helps to have kind person whose willingness to go over and beyond working at caliber!!
