Got the car back in a reasonable time period. Repairs looked very nice and the great job they did cleaning the inside was very awesome and appreciated! Talk to the gm for a good period of time was very kind and welcoming. Also seemed very happy about where he works which tells me they take care of there employees which means great work and also great morale and a happy life!

I was greeted with compassion after being in the accident and then the process was explained to me so that I knew what to expect. The Caliber team kept me updated throughout the repair process and answered my questions that I had before they returned my truck to me in about 2 weeks from the time I dropped it off. The day that I picked it up, I couldn’t believe how great my truck looked. Like brand new! Like the accident never happened! Hector, the GM, and Sherry even waited after hours to give me my truck at the end of their work day. Not only did Hector stay after hours, he also gave my truck another buffing and wipe down before I headed home. Thank you Caliber Collision!!!

The service at this location great. 10/10. They kept me informed thoroughly and were also able to get the car done about 15 days ahead of schedule. The work looks great. Car looks new. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which I did not expect.
