I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with the Caliber Collision brand. Due to high capacity at the Portage location, they were able to refer me to the Highland store, moving my car by trailer to it. They brought it back promptly after finishing it ahead of schedule, in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. The text biweekly text communication updates and response to my additional text questions was prompt. The face-to-face and phone interactions I had at the Portage store were terrific, and I absolutely appreciate their coffee/tea station! 🤍 10/10

I don’t know where to start. “We have only one chance to make the first impression.” Sherry, 99% Being very, welcoming always patiently working with me regarding the time when I can bring the car in the shop deserves A+ Hector 99% + 1% with amazing knowledge and expertise. definitely going way out of his way extra step deserves A+ Amanda, i’m sorry, Amanda. It is easy to be the manager with such employees like Sherry, Hector. and seeing what great job the rest of the crew did in the shop as well. 👏 Amanda, You are the cherry on the top of the cake. I was devastated when someone damaged my brand new car—I’d only had it for three months—but the staff here went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free. Sherry greeted us the moment we walked in the door and her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She made us feel welcome, informed, and confident that my car was in the right hands—every step of the way—from drop-off to pick-up. Hector was an absolute standout. He was incredibly thorough in examining the car and explaining everything that would take place during the repair process. His attention to detail was truly unmatched—he even pointed out and took care of tiny specks of tree sap I hadn’t even noticed. The level of care and precision he puts into his work is exceptional. And Amanda was amazing with communication. She consistently kept me updated on every single step—when the car was being painted, when parts were being replaced, when it was moving to the next stage—everything. I never had to wonder or guess; she kept me informed the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. The repairs were absolutely flawless. Honestly, the car looks even better now than it did the day I drove it off the lot! Their craftsmanship and pride in their work truly shows.
