The staff team at your Hammond, IN customer service is exceptional. I was very satisfied with my car repairs, the staff kept me updated during the process, the office even smells good and was decorated so pretty. Sherri at the front desk is so welcoming. Amanda was assigned to my car. Hector (manager) also assisted me and I just loved him. 10/10 and I would come back again for service.

My car looked like the day I purchased it👌 It's running great and I do have a warranty on their work. The staff texted me each day to give me a status. I think they need a bigger sign that can be seen from Indianapolis. Blvd.Thats a great location but you need more professional signs on the entire building. Awesome work very nice girls in the office.

Not only was my car fixed to perfection but my windshield liquid was extremely low and they were nice enough to fill it. Also and foremost Hector was so nice calm and professional. It was my first accident that I was at fault after driving foe 52 yrs. I did not have the right away for such a small colision my car was badly damaged. It was brand-new when I picked it up. I received text status every day. The job was completed on the target date. I rate their service on a scale from 1-10. I rate them an 11. Excellent you need work go there.

Very polite service that explained everything very carefully. Hector came outside and walked through everything with me on the vehicle and showed me exactly what they were going to do. The communication via text kept me continually updated without being overwhelming. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend. Finally, my car looks like new!
