My vehicle was reassembled incorrectly and returned . GM solution was to bring it back for further repairs which inconvenient. When I requested they pick up the vechicle assemble it correctly and return it the request was denied.

My Caliber Collision experience was smooth from drop off to pickup. Everyone was very friendly and I was totally impressed with their efficient approach. My car repair ( door ) is beautifully done and I really appreciated the timely texts on when to expect my car to be ready for pickup. Turns out car was ready early so that was great!
