Simple mistakes..shows unqualified personnel

Returned vehicle with faulty rail light sockets. Causing the the “replaced” light to flood with water. Another light was not even connected in the fender. The bumper was “repaired” but plastics on bumper do not align. I returned to get corrected and was given some bs story on why it sit that way know, after my not at fault accident.
