They handed the car over to me dirty—both inside and out. The two windows on the right side were stained with paint that won't come off; the front panels and headlights were misaligned; and the fog lights were disconnected—they actually had to take the car back in to have them reconnected. In short, it was a disaster.

Experience with Caliber Collision was good. Repairs done there appear good. Marlon who was assigned to my repairs, was courteous, helpful, efficient, and kept me updated on progress. When repairs on my car were complete, it was returned to me at my residence by Caliber, and the driver who returned my car drove the rental car I had back to Caliber Collision, where it was to be picked up by Enterprise Rental. That was a plus as well.
