It could have been a little better. In the 1st estimate the front bumper was added to be replaced. When the impact happened at the back. I called 5x to speak to whoever was in charge, and she never return my phone calls. At the end, I ended up calling my insurance agent. Because I was afraid of being charged for any extra repairs that the car didn't need it.

need to address something serious. After picking up my vehicle from service, I noticed my Beats headphones were missing from inside the car. I know for a fact they were there before I dropped it off, and they were gone when I got it back.This is very disappointing and honestly unacceptable. When I leave my vehicle for repairs, I expect my personal belongings to remain exactly where I left them. Losing property while the car is in your possession raises major concerns. I would like this investigated immediately, including checking who had access to my vehicle and reviewing any camera footage if available. If this is not resolved quickly, I will be filing a police report and considering further legal action to recover my property. I’m hoping management takes this seriously and contacts me right away to make this right.
