Yall did a wonderful job with the repairs for my car. I would recommend caliber collision to everyone.. customer service was very friendly and very helpful. If I have to get body work done to my vehicle again it’s most definitely going to caliber collision. You guys rocks❤️❤️❤️

When I arrived a visible dent was still in my car. The excuse given was “the dent was so extensive”. If that were the case, before working on my car, I should have been notified that the work could not be done. I was told that if they replaced the fender I risk the chance of the color not matching. When in fact the same work they did to my original fender could have been done to a replacement. I was inconvenienced an had to wait for the dent repair man to come pull a dent that should have already been out of my car out. In addition they did not replace the full decal, yet my insurance was charged for a full decal. I took pictures beforehand after. This is the same decal. They only replaced the decal where the fender is. It appears that my brand new rotors in the front were tampered with. The wrong parts were ordered for my car to which delayed the process all together. This was not a good experience, an I would not recommend Caliber Collisions to anyone.

Colten was awesome! I had a lot of moving parts outside of my car accident and he did what he could to seemingly move the process along faster within his capacity. I was able to get my car back 3 days faster than estimated which was also great. Customer service from the initial drop off from reception to the intake process to getting my car back early, everyone was great!
