Before picking up my vehicle I pointed out the new exterior damage and she stated she would have the guys look at it. My husband had also spoke to her about fresh oil coming out, and she said she would have the guys put it on a lift so they can see where it was coming from. When my husband took it in they had him wait 2 hrs to tell him they would not be able to put my vehicle on the lift and they could not fix the exterior damage. This was the day my husband spoke to a mechanic and he said they never tested my transmission. The manager said she would fix it, no results

Eliza Leon and Adan absolutely did a beautiful job on my car and making sure I was taken care of in every way of the process even delivering my car to my home with a tank full of gas they demonstrated the upmost professionalism to me and caliber collision should be blessed to have them as apart of their team I appreciate what they did to make sure my car was taken care of

To start, my Service Advisor & the front desk Receptionist were very helpful, courteous, & professional throughout the whole process! The shop did an awesome job with the repairs! I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism when I first met your staff on Hondo Pass. I was advised how my vehicle would be handled and where the repairs would be made. I was notified by Gaby on my messenger and cell phone as to the progress of repairs and what repairs were being done. I was pleasantly surprised when my repairs were completed a week early and car delivered to my door by Gaby. Gaby also advised me an additional repair, not related to the accident, of the air bag clock spring failure and gave me a repair cost if I wanted the work done. I would recommend your service to all my family and friends. I give Caliber Collision 5 Stars for courtesy, service and quality.

Outstanding job from the beginning appointment until completion. Everyone was very well informed and the text updates were a big help after dropping off my vehicle. I was taken to the car rental company and when the truck was complete I dropped the rental car right at their office on Horizon and picked up my truck. Super easy and very convenient.
