The car looks great and drives great. My spare key doesn’t work now though. Also, they were supposed to save my front license plate and it’s not here. There’s also no way to put a new one on. And the interior glove box still doesn’t close right

I wouldn’t recommend flourtown anymore, my husband had his car fixed there twice which is why I brought it there, I would never go there again. However I would travel the hour again to horsham, just for Alex’s great customer service

Horsham caliber took care of my vehicle when flourtown couldn’t. I called flourtown immediately after the accident, they had me wait two weeks to schedule an appointment for them to look at damages. Then they said they would order parts and I could bring it back 3 weeks later. When I brought it to them, they accepted the vehicle, then I got a text the next day from horsham saying they had the vehicle cuz flourtown was busy. That was the worst waste of time, and caused me a lot of money having to not work since I didn’t have a rental. Very poor communication. I only gave a 10 to reflect horsham who was nothing but kind and apologetic but reassured me that they would take care of the car as soon as possible
