My experience with Caliber Collision was nothing short of amazing. Literally a 100/10 experience. Mike took care of my vehicle and was very communicative the entire process. I was never left wondering what the next steps were throughout the process or when my car would be completed. On top of that, repairs were completed 5 days earlier than the projected date and the work was absolutely flawless! I have been a Caliber Collision customer for years and this is by far the best experience I have had. Thank you Mike!!!!

I came to pick up my vehicle and noticed several issues that need to be corrected before I can accept the repair. 1. The paint job is not acceptable. The finish and quality of the repair do not meet professional standards. 2. The rear passenger-side wheel well liner (guardafango) is missing. 3. The rear passenger-side side marker light was not replaced. The old light is still installed instead of a new one.

There still seams to be a divot where the original damage was. It should be a brand new door, therefore any previous damage shouldn't pop up. The restoration we had agreed upon was to install a brand new door and we would like that to be done so that we are satisfied. Every other piece of damage from the wreck seems to be fine and up to satisfaction. Just want the door replaced as promised. Thank you.
