You have very professional and courteous employees Abby. Eduardo and Mike. We were received and assisted immediately by Abby and Eduardo attended to us immediately. Mike kept me informed as to what was happening on a daily basis. I consider that very important that way you can make arrangements as needed on what was happening with our vehicle. So. I giving a 10 because your employees are very professional , respectful and give great customers service. And to be fair the main job was done very well. Mike and Eduardo have ordered the parts and are having to go back and replace the windows strip and add sound padding back into the passenger door that was repaired.

Ever since the headliner was removed and reinstalled, my FM reception has been extremely weak and full of static. It worked normally before the repair. Please check the antenna coax connections, antenna amplifier connections/power, and the wiring around the roof antenna that may have been disconnected or disturbed during the headliner removal.

My experience with Caliber Collision was nothing short of amazing. Literally a 100/10 experience. Mike took care of my vehicle and was very communicative the entire process. I was never left wondering what the next steps were throughout the process or when my car would be completed. On top of that, repairs were completed 5 days earlier than the projected date and the work was absolutely flawless! I have been a Caliber Collision customer for years and this is by far the best experience I have had. Thank you Mike!!!!
