My brother picked up my vehicle while I was out of town so I was just able to look at the area where the work was done and there are a couple of problems with the painting on the edge lip of the wheelwell and the initial area where the other vehicle had hit me still has the same scratches as it had in the corner they didn’t even buff it out or paint it. I’m waiting to get a hold of the representative from your business so we can get this looked at and taken care of, but very disappointing that they couldn’t have seen where the original impact was and fixed that that’s unacceptable.

When I got back from out of town and I inspected my truck, the spot where the other vehicle had made contact with the edge of my frame right in front of the driver side bumper was still chipped and two spots the original two spots, and it was not painted over. They totally missed this even though I pointed it out four or five times when I dropped the truck off. Also around the inside lip of the wheel well it looks like they didn’t paint over that they just painted the outside so now there’s a rough edge that you can fill and see where they didn’t follow through with the paint. I’m very disappointed and I’m traveling out of town starting this afternoon so I will not be able to bring it back to you guys until another week or so, but I definitely want it to be taken care of at my convenience and I look forward to someone reaching out to me regarding this after today’s holiday.

Upon arriving home and your office is now closed. I discovered the hood was not completely closed. The attendant on site apparently did not notice all areas were not sealing completely. The gap should be tighter. I will be calling first thing in the morning to get answers to items that need ADDRESSING
