The work on the car was fine. Their communication with us was awful. No updates provided ‘ the woman answering the phone seemed irritated to check on progress for me & I didn’t even call until they had the car for several days. She said they would call me & it should be ready that day or the next. No call so I called the next day in the afternoon. That is when she was quick to say again they would call me. No need for me to call. The next day we decided to return the rent car since the repair was taking so long. On the way home I called Caliber again. The man said they had been waiting for paperwork regarding calibration for two days. Yes, I could pick up the car & the paperwork could be sent to me later. When we were at the shop he said we would get updated paperwork later after the calibration was approved. Never received anymore paperwork. Awful. Awful experience. Such a shame because we used them successfully last year.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. They did a very good job repairing my car, and the quality of the work was excellent. Mike was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He always kept me informed with updates and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. His communication and professionalism made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.

The team had Greta communication with me. And were very patient with me and my insurance figuring out final payment. The team was super friendly and very professional. My car was cleaned and detail when i went to pick it up. And you couldn’t even tell i got in an accident. Glad i had them to work on my car.

When i got my car back it said my break light was out. Not sure if it’s the bulb so something just didn’t get connected. But everything is good with my repair. I’m very happy to have my car back

They told me my vehicle came with an estimate already and the top piece of the grill, should’ve been replaced. They could’ve said something when they took in the car, so I could have called the insurance and ask to replace the whole thing. And instead they fix it and one dent is still visible.
