My light still has a Crack in it and where it was fixed on my SUV you can still see a dent and where it was not fixed right. Not happy at all. When I questioned why my light wasn't fixed he said he the other insurance wasn't answering. And it was hard to get a hold of them to get my tail light fixed because more money needed to get sent. So I just left in my vehicle, not happy at all.

The customer service was seamless from beginning to end. I really appreciated that when I needed answers they were given relatively quickly rather than having to wait for a callback. The service done to my vehicle was done very quickly and they communicated well with the insurance company. Great job for everybody

After having my first ever truck it was broken into after two months of owning it. I took it to caliber collision and the staff was very professional. Mike was the one who took care of my truck and ensured it came out just as it was when bought. After getting my truck I can say without a doubt Mike’s communication and dedication to his job is outstanding and I would definitely recommend him and caliber collision to others.

I am totally amazed at what my truck looks like now. My truck looks like it did the day I bought it. It is beautiful. Fantastic job was done on my truck plus they cleaned it. The turnaround time was wonderful. I can’t say enough about the quality of service and customer service that we received. If I had to choose on a scale of one to 10, I would choose 1 million..Thank you Caliber Collision. I will make sure that everyone I know will be advised to contact you if they need collision work done. I hope and pray I never do again. But it’s comforting to know if I do that you’re there.
