I've had to take my vehicle back (or have them pick it up) once already to fix something and I have to take it back again next week for the same problem. The completion schedule they gave me changed at least five times and the actual date was 5 or 6 weeks later than the first date given.

They could not seem to call the phone number we gave them. They would repeatedly state they had tried to call but our phone did not ring nor did we receive any voicemail at home, on our cells or work.
